John Brodie & Danish Sustainability Seminar.

John Brodie has been invited to be a guest speaker at the launch of “Sustainability – The Danish Way”. This seminar, was funded by the Consul General & Trade Commission of Denmark and Vento Australasia Pty Ltd. John Brodie was given the opportunity to learn from the Danish, and discuss ways of creating high quality indoor climates with the lowest possible energy consumptions.

John Brodie spoke to over 100 architects, engineers, building designers, researchers and key decision makers in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland. He provided an informative presentation on Sick Building Syndrome (SBS), and provided solutions in the form of low energy use solutions, operational sustainability and management. Professor Per Heiselburg from Aalborg University in Denmark also spoke at the seminar, informing stakeholders of current sustainable building projects in Denmark, and ways in which they can be utilised into the Australian context.
