John Brodie, Managing Director of VIM Sustainability was invited to speak to students from the University of Sydney on Tuesday 5th October 2010. Michael Kirckpatrick, the lecturer and coordinator of the university’s Renewable Energy and Advanced Renewable Energy was pleased with John’s presentation which focused on the importance and practice of environmentally sustainable design of medium-sized commercial buildings – a topic that is very important within the context of our necessary move towards a future based on a sustainable use of our energy resources.
John received a number of very positive comments from the students after John’s lecture – that they found it inspiring, challenging and informative.
John has been invited to lecture again at the University of Sydney in 2011.
